We want you to be 100% satisfied and happy with your purchase of Ferro Cosmetics Mineral Makeup products. We offer several ways to shop smart so that you purchase exactly what you want without the hassle of returning it or worry that you may have ordered something that doesn’t match your skin tone. Since we offer all our mineral makeup products in MINI’s - miniature full sizes containing a full gram of product and priced low enough to try several shades, as well as MINI KITS for even more shades and savings, we suggest if you are trying our products for the first time to try some Mini’s. We also offer superior one on one professional customer service to help assist you by phone, email, and coming soon Live Chat! Our RIGHT SHADE GUARANTEE will ensure you get the right shade and product just for YOU!
Due to the nature of our products, returns will be exchanged with the product of your choice of equal or lesser value, and are only accepted with pre-authorization, and must be requested within 14 days of receipt of your order. Exchanged products that are less than the purchase price will be refunded for the difference by crediting back the card or payment method used. If you are completely dissatisfied with your products, we will refund the purchase price of the product(s) minus shipping costs. Exchange and Refund requests must be presented in writing along with reason for refund or exchange request in order to receive a pre-authorization number. If exchange, please call our toll free number so we can have the pleasure of personally assisting you in choosing the best product and shade for you.

Customer is responsible for shipping costs for all returns and exchanges, but exchanges will be shipped to you at NO COST to you. We truly strive to provide you with the best mineral cosmetics products and brushes and stand behind its superior quality. We believe in making our customers happy and will try our best to maintain that satisfaction. Issues with the products in question must be made to our attention within two (2) weeks of receipt of order. Returns and exchanges are void after 30 days. Customer is responsible for shipping costs for return of said product(s), and is responsible for providing delivery confirmation or some sort of tracking. Ferro Cosmetics is not responsible for lost packages and will not be able to carry through with exchange without receiving the merchandise in question. If return is due to incorrect merchandise shipped, unsatisfactory coloring or a damaged item, Ferro Cosmetics will promptly send you a replacement or issue a full refund once the merchandised has been returned. No additional shipping or handling fees will be charged for the replacement of such damaged or defective shipments. Refunds can only be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged. Packages marked "Return to Sender" cannot be processed or refunded and will be refused.
Order Cancellation
Since we process and ship most orders SAME DAY, cancellations must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order by calling (800) 210-3787 toll-free or (716) 741-1405 if you are a Buffalo resident. You can also reach us by emailing a correspondence to sales@ferrocosmetics.com M-F during the hours of 8am and 4pm EST. Please submit your name and order number, along with the date of your purchase when cancelling.
Exchanges & Gift Returns
We strive to provide you with the best beauty products and stand behind its superior quality. We believe in making our customers happy and will try our best to maintain that satisfaction. Issues with the products in question must be made to our attention within two (2) weeks of receipt of order. Returns and exchanges are void after 30 days. If you wish to exchange an item purchased via gift card, we will need the gift card number and order number. No card will be refunded. Again, this issue must be addressed within two (2) weeks of receipt of order. Returns and exchanges are void after 30 days. Contact us by (800) 210-3787 prior to mailing any returns with your reason for returning the product(s) and a proof of purchase, ideally the order number or a legible copy of the receipt. We do not refund the purchase amount to you. Instead we will replace the product with another item of the same value. Items must be received undamaged and unused. Please inspect all orders when you first receive them. If you wish to purchase a pricier item, you will be responsible for paying the difference, along with the shipping cost. If return is due to incorrect merchandise shipped, unsatisfactory coloring or a damaged item, Ferro Cosmetics will promptly send you a replacement or issue a full refund once the merchandised had been returned. We know buying cosmetics online can be daunting. (Heck- it’s hard buying them when you’re already in the store looking at the colors first hand). That’s why Ferro Cosmetics is proud to offer our valued clients THE RIGHT SHADE GUARANTEE! It’s our way of personally assisting you in the shopping process, and guaranteeing you RECEIVE the right shade if the one you ordered doesn’t match! We make sure the process is personalized and quick, so if you discover that you have the wrong shade, we act quickly to get you the RIGHT SHADE!
GET THE RIGHT SHADE WHEN SHOPPING! We can help you with your questions and suggest the right shade based on the climate you live in, your personal description of your skin tone, and even work with pictures of yourself emailed to our makeup artists! A professional color expert will be glad to speak with you, review your picture, and suggest The Right Shade! You can even fill out our GET THE RIGHT SHADE QUESTIONNAIRE, and email it back to us with your picture (see best picture suggestions), and we’ll contact you within 24 hours to get you hooked up with exactly what you need! Picture Suggestions: We recommend you have someone take a picture of you without makeup, from the shoulders up, wearing a neutral shirt color, and in natural light, without flash if possible. (Flash light sometimes sends a burst of too much light which can drown out the natural colorings of your face. A second picture of you WITH makeup on, (can be any shot of you not necessarily taken for us, maybe from a party or event) will be helpful but not necessary, since it lets our makeup pro’s know how you prefer to look and what your makeup style is.
TERMS OF USE FOR THE RIGHT SHADE GUARANTEE
When you receive your order and if you discover it’s the wrong shade, contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order. We’ll work with you personally and quickly to get it right. Ferro Cosmetics will gladly offer this service to all clients, however, we must cap off exchanging shades to no more than two (2) exchanges, and we cannot exchange products purchased over 30 days. We will ship to you your new shade at no charge to you, but you are responsible for the minimal cost shipping it back to us. Since our products are lightweight, most times shipping costs are very inexpensive. We highly suggest sending all packages to us with delivery confirmation, as we cannot exchange products if we do not receive them. Ferro Cosmetics is not responsible for products lost in the mail in route to our address.
