We try to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. You can also sample most of our Mineral Makeup product line by purchasing our MINI'S as a fun and affordable way to ensure your perfect color without the commitment of a full size color that doesn't suit you.
Back-ordered merchandise consists of products that are not currently in stock. Whether an item is a bestseller and is constantly on high demand or we are waiting for our suppliers to deliver specific ingredients, Ferro Cosmetics will make every effort to restock such items as soon as possible. Since we make and manufacture all our mineral products right here at our facility, in many cases we will immediately ship in stock items, and "out of stock" products will be made fresh and shipped separately. We will notify you immediately if the product(s) you requested are currently on back order and when we expect to have the items back in stock, at which time another email will be sent to alert you of your shipment confirmation. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship the item(s) to you.
We currently accept the following payment methods through Google Checkout, Paypal and Paypal Pro: Visa, MasterCard, American Express®, Discover Card and debit cards. You are not required to have a PAYPAL account in order to make a purchase with any of the above accepted credit or debit cards. If you do have a PAYPAL account, you may quickly and safely make your purchase using your paypal account. Our reloadable gift card allows you to make purchases as well. For retail accounts, we do not accept personal checks or money orders.
When you authorize your credit card to purchase merchandise from our online store, that amount is immediately put on hold until the transaction is completed. Once this occurs, the payment is processed. Holds usually last 3 to 5 business days and vary depending on your financial institution.
The billing information you provide must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If the information is not identical, the order cannot be processed. Double check spelling and proper abbreviations if this occurs. If the problem is not solved, contact your financial institute for further assistance.
Upon completion of shopping, you can enter a valid promo code during the checkout process. Promo codes are not valid with a gift card payment. Multiple promo codes cannot be used simultaneously. The amount of the code must meet or exceed the code of the order. If, for whatever, reason the code does not apply to your order, and it is a valid code, contact us toll-free or chat online with one of our representatives during our operating hours and we will contact you immediately. Payment can be made using your Ferro Cosmetics Gift Card. Gift cards are available for purchase in increments of $10, from $10 to $150 in the gift section of our website. If you would like to make a Gift Card purchase loading the card with over $150, you may do that simply by ordering a quantity of 1 or more cards in your desired amounts, and fill in the special instructions box if you would like the amount on one card, 2 cards, or a series of cards in different amounts. You may also call 1-800-210-3787 to order direct with your special instructions and/or ship to address. Each card is preloaded with the requested amount. Simply enter the series of numbers and letters located on the backside of the card to redeem it. If a balance remains once the amount has been applied, please enter another acceptable form of payment and submit your order.
Gift cards make a great option to treat a loved one to your favorite mineral-makeup line, Ferro Cosmetics. Let your recipient decide which colors and products they would like to try. Gift cards are valid for one year from the purchase date and come in an envelope. Gift cards cannot be applied to a few of our special savings and discounts.
